Technology Licensing Agreement

1. Definitions:

Technology: Refers to the liquid-based CBD technology as described in Exhibit A.

4. Term and Termination:

7. Indemnification: Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor from any claims arising from Licensee's use, reproduction, or distribution of the Technology.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of .

9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
